ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Sean.
I created Golden Mind Method because learning how to work directly with my own emotions changed my life.

But I definitely didn’t start out believing in any of this.
For much of my early life, I was extremely skeptical of anything that sounded spiritual, alternative, or difficult to explain logically. I studied mathematics and physics in college and later taught physics and chemistry. I wanted things to make sense. I wanted evidence, logic, and something I could actually experience for myself.
At the same time, there was one part of my life I couldn’t seem to figure out.
The Problem I Couldn’t Think My Way Out Of
For most of my life, I struggled with severe social anxiety and painful shyness.
It affected friendships, meeting new people, speaking up for myself, being in groups, and many of the ordinary situations that other people seemed to move through without thinking twice.
And I genuinely tried to change it.
I read close to a hundred self-help and personal-development books. I studied and practiced cognitive behavioral approaches on my own. Later, I worked with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I learned a lot along the way, but underneath it all, the same emotional reactions were still there.
I could understand the problem intellectually without actually feeling free from it.
That distinction eventually became incredibly important to me.
Then I Discovered Something Completely Different
My path eventually took me into chiropractic school, and while I was there I came across something called EFT, or tapping.
I was skeptical.
But I found a video of someone describing how tapping had helped with social anxiety, and because that struggle was so familiar to me, I decided to try it for myself.
What happened surprised me.
Within weeks of practicing, I began noticing meaningful changes in situations that had affected me for years. Things that normally triggered strong anxiety started carrying less emotional charge. I could think about certain situations differently, not because I was trying to convince myself to think differently, but because something underneath the thoughts seemed to be changing. Situations that used to flood me with anxiety, like walking into a room full of strangers or speaking up in a group, started to feel surprisingly ordinary.
That experience fascinated me.
I began studying EFT much more deeply and eventually explored FasterEFT and other approaches to emotional releasing. I practiced extensively on myself and began using what I was learning with other people as well.
Over time, the social anxiety that had once seemed like an unavoidable part of who I was became something that no longer controlled my life.
For the first time, I understood from direct experience that an emotional pattern didn’t necessarily have to be managed forever. It could change.
That Discovery Became a Much Bigger Journey
Once I experienced what emotional releasing could do, I wanted to understand it as deeply as I could.
What started with tapping eventually led me into years of studying, practicing, comparing, and experimenting with different approaches to emotional freedom.
I explored direct letting-go methods, the work associated with Lester Levenson and David Hawkins, different forms of tapping and emotional processing, mindfulness and awareness practices, and eventually deeper spiritual and consciousness-based approaches.
Some methods worked beautifully in certain situations. Others helped me understand emotions from an entirely different perspective.
Most importantly, I discovered that there isn’t necessarily one perfect technique for every person or every emotional pattern.
That realization became one of the foundations of Golden Mind Method.
Why Golden Mind Method Uses More Than One Approach
I’m not interested in convincing everyone that one technique is the answer.
Different people connect with different approaches.
Sometimes a very simple releasing process is enough. Sometimes tapping makes an emotion much easier to access and work with. Sometimes changing how you relate to the emotion itself creates the shift. And for people who are interested in going deeper, spiritual and consciousness-based approaches can open an entirely different dimension of the work.
I want people to have a toolbox, not just one tool.
The common thread is learning how to work directly with the internal patterns that influence the way you think, feel, react, and live.
Why I Created Golden Mind Method
Emotional releasing became much more than an interesting technique for me.
I began applying it to fears, resistance, procrastination, cravings, recurring thoughts, limiting beliefs, emotional reactions, and many other areas of my own life.
I also saw what could happen when other people experienced these processes for themselves.
And eventually I kept coming back to one idea:
People should know that this is possible.
Most of us are taught how to cope with difficult emotions, distract ourselves from them, suppress them, analyze them, or simply wait for them to pass.
Very few of us are ever taught how to sit down, turn toward what we’re actually feeling, and learn how to release the emotional charge itself.
That’s why I created Golden Mind Method.
My goal is not to tell people what they should believe or give them another philosophy they have to follow.
My goal is to teach people how to become internally free.
I hold an EFT Diploma with Distinction from the Centre of Excellence.
I want to give people practical tools they can experience for themselves, use in their own lives, and eventually become capable of using without needing someone else beside them every time something difficult comes up.
You Don’t Have to Take My Word for It
I know what it’s like to be skeptical.
In fact, I think some skepticism is healthy.
You don’t need to believe every explanation for why emotional releasing works. You don’t need to adopt my worldview. And you certainly don’t need to accept something just because I say it’s true.
Experience it for yourself.
Pay attention to what happens internally. See whether the emotional charge changes. See whether the same thought, memory, situation, or pattern begins to feel different.
Your own experience is ultimately far more meaningful than anything I could tell you on this page.
Ready to Experience It?
If you’re new to emotional releasing, the best place to begin is simply to experience the process.
