In Emotional Coaching, I help train and coach you in being able to directly release your unwanted emotions. I use a variety of techniques, so we will definitely be able to find one that fits you perfectly. It will be experiential – you will FEEL the emotions leave, and you won’t be able to feel them even if you tried.

As the negative / unwanted emotions release more and more, your natural and inherent peace and happiness will shine through more and more – just like when you remove clouds from the sky, the sun effortlessly shines through more.

The Details:

  • Each session is 1 hour over Zoom.
  • Before the session, I will gather some information from you to know how to best set-up the session for maximum efficiency for you.
  • During the session, we will go over your specific issue(s), identify the root causes of them, and utilize emotional releasing (possibly in combination with other methods) to coach and assist you in overcoming them as effectively as possible.
  • During the sessions, you’ll learn how to do “emotional releasing” for your issues on your own as well, so you are not “tied” to a coach (me) for continual improvement.
  • Note: Often, the sessions include bringing up past memories / specific events that happened to you, though you do not necessarily have to disclose the details to me. This will be done as gently as possible to allow the session to be as comfortable as it can be.
  • As we progress, you’ll likely notice feeling “lighter”, more free, more in control, and the “issues” fading away more and more.
