The Emotional Releasing Workshop
A four-hour, hands-on afternoon in San Diego. Bring one real thing from your own life, a reaction, a memory, a pressure that will not let up, and we will work on it together until it starts to loosen. You will leave with the skill, the replay, and a first taste of what it is like when it lets go.
In person in the San Diego area · Small enough for personal attention · Workshop replay included
You can know better and still feel the same.
You know the moments. The conversation you keep rehearsing in the shower, word for word, already dreading how it will go. The task that sits untouched all week while you do everything around it. The memory that still stings years later, right on cue. The short fuse with the people you actually love, and the apology that follows.
You may understand exactly why all of it happens. Understanding was never the missing piece.
Maybe it sounds like this“I know it is only a conversation. Why do I still dread it?”
“I know what I need to do. Why do I keep putting it off?”
“I thought I was past this. Why does it still hit me?”
Picture leaving at five.
What if the conversation you have been rehearsing lost its charge before you left the room?
What if you thought about the memory you brought with you, and it did not sting anymore? Just something that happened, and it was over.
What if Monday came, and the thing you have been avoiding was not something you dreaded anymore, just a thing on the list you could do and be done with?
None of that requires becoming a different person, or thinking more positively. Underneath each of those moments is an emotional charge, and charges can be released. This afternoon is where you learn how, on something real, with guidance.
This is a workshop, not a lecture.
I’ll teach the process plainly, then guide you through applying it to something real from your own life. You can keep your work private.
Learn what releasing is
Understand the emotional charge behind a reaction and why changing the thought alone may leave the feeling intact. No prior experience or spiritual background required.
Work on a real target
Bring a specific memory, moment, reaction, or pressure. I’ll guide you through the method so you can notice what changes when you return to it.
Leave with a skill
Learn how to keep practicing on your own. You’ll receive the workshop replay and a guided audio you can use afterward.
The technique can be learned in an afternoon. The deeper skill is knowing what to aim it at.
What you will experience
A clear starting point
We’ll begin with a straightforward explanation of emotional releasing and a process you can try for yourself.
Guided practice on specific moments
We’ll work with something that carries a charge for you, instead of trying to release a vague feeling in the abstract.
Time to follow the pattern
Four hours gives us room to explore connected reactions and look for what may be keeping a pattern active.
Questions welcome
There will be time for open Q and A. Bring your curiosity and your skepticism.
Find the charge. Work with it directly.
Most of us try to manage difficult feelings. We distract ourselves, suppress them, or try to think our way out of them. Emotional releasing offers a way to work directly with the emotional charge underneath a reaction, so it can loosen and fade.
What matters is finding what the feeling is actually connected to. The method is practical, and the workshop gives you room to experience it rather than just hear about it.
Start with something specificA moment, memory, belief, or pressure that still brings up a reaction.
Work with the chargeLearn how to apply the releasing process while staying connected to what you are working on.
Check what changedReturn to the same target and notice whether it still has the same hold on you.
Come as you are.
- You are curious but skeptical and want to try this before believing it.
- You are completely new to emotional releasing.
- You have tried tapping or EFT and want a clearer framework for what to work on.
- There is a specific stress, grudge, craving, fear, or pattern you would like to explore.
Your work stays yours.
You will participate in guided exercises, but you do not have to tell the group your story. Sharing is optional. You can work with a manageable target and choose how much you want to disclose.
This is an educational workshop focused on learning a personal practice. It is not therapy or a substitute for individualized mental health care.
What students say
What can this actually feel like?
Samira learned tapping with Sean and later used it on her own when she found herself spiraling around a stressful situation at home.
“The neighbors never changed. But my reaction to it changed.”Samira
“Worked with Sean 1 on 1 for a long time. The method works wonders and has shifted my personality and life to a near 180 since.”Sep · One-on-one student
“To my surprise, I was actually enjoying things like laying out and watching TV. The chronic boredom was gone. I didn’t think it would work for something like ‘boredom.'”Nancy · One-on-one student

Hi, I’m Sean.
I spent years trying to think my way out of social anxiety. I understood the problem, but I still felt the fear. Learning to work directly with that emotional charge changed my experience, and I’ve spent years studying and practicing different releasing methods since.
I created Golden Mind Method to teach people tools they can feel working and eventually use for themselves. In this workshop, I’ll guide you through the process step by step. I hold an EFT Diploma with Distinction from the Centre of Excellence.

What you might be wondering
Do I need any experience?
No. We will start from the beginning and I will guide you through the exercises.
Will I have to share personal things with the group?
No. You can work privately on your own issue. Sharing is optional, never required.
Will the workshop be recorded?
Teaching portions may be recorded and the replay is included with each ticket. If you volunteer for a live demonstration, I will ask for your explicit permission before recording that portion. You can participate in the workshop without being recorded in a demonstration. Personal material will not be used without your clear agreement.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational workshop where you learn and practice a personal skill. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
I have tried EFT or tapping. Is this the same?
The methods share some roots. Here, we will spend substantial time on targeting: identifying what to work on so you can apply the technique to something specific and notice what changes.
What if I cannot make it?
Cancellations through November 15, 2026 get a full refund; after that, your ticket transfers to a future workshop. The replay is included with every ticket either way.
